About the Business

The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.

Human Resource Officer

Qualification:

MBA or Equivalent with relevant Specialization

Master’s degree from abroad would be an added advantage

Experience: Freshers (0-2 Years Exp.)

Job Location: Lalitpur, Pulchowk

Responsibilities:

Human Resource Officer

Recruitment, Interview, Learning and Development, Demand Fulfillment.

Implement HR Strategy for the Business

Requirements:

Selection Process

The selection process will be held in two stages

Interview will be conducted in first stage.

Written Assessment along with Practical Industry relevant Assignment/Project will be conducted in second stage

Salary:

Depending upon performance in selection process candidate’s salary will be between Rs 25,000 to Rs 27,000 per month

Resources Required:

Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
