- Effectively leverage internal resources such as Architects, Consultants, Service Development - - Representatives, as well as selected partners to successfully generate qualified opportunities.
- Coordinate internal resources and partners to successfully manage complex relationships and sales cycles with the assigned customers.
- Create and execute services sales and reseller licensing opportunities to a new and existing customer base by prospecting, building and maintaining a robust sale pipeline
- Manage contract negotiations
- Achieve the quarterly and yearly revenue commitments
- Practice strong sales discipline through business planning, account management, and forecasting/opportunity management.
- Regularly meet with customers at senior levels to understand their business/key drivers, and generate demand for licenses and related services through a customized value led approach.
- Proactive account planning and execution (including penetration plan and well as coverage plan).
- Create an environment of collaboration with both the customer and the virtual sales team.
- As your customer’s advocate, lead and collaborate with internal and partner teams as needed to address escalated issues.
- Build key management relationships with focus on new and upsell opportunities, customer success, and satisfaction, resulting in referenceable accounts and positive brand/company awareness.
- Shape and Influence Company’s growth and scalability, through customer feedback related to potential new offerings, and finding new ways to create and sell these back into the marketplace
Qualifications:
-BA/BS degree; MBA or Master’s desired.
- Minimum 3-5 year of technology services sales experience
- SaaS, Cloud, and Identity Management experience is strongly preferred
- Familiar with cloud architectures and complex enterprise on-premise IT landscapes.
- Knowledge of enterprise identity life cycle management processes and standards.
- Experience developing and presenting clear and concise sales briefings/meetings.
