Descriptions
- Responsible for managing the day to day vendor relationship management activates across
multiple internal services areas. - Research new wholesale food suppliers and negotiate prices;
- He/she is responsible in monitoring vendors to ensure with company policies;
- Keep up the record of vendors’ agreements and invoices;
- Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders as needed;
- Manage the day to day administration of vendor relations and onboarding process for new party assortments;
- He/she should manage and negotiate the supplier relationship;
- He/she should collaborate with site or store operations as they manage overall performance of supplier partners across all channels;
- He/she should work closely with Procurement Head by maintaining close relationship with vendors for a company needs;
- Able to perform additional duties as requested by the management as and when required.
